SHIPPING
ATTSTONE offers worldwide shipping. We ship within most countries, but if you have trouble with ordering to your country, you can send us an e-mail for more information (contact@attstonejewelry.com) 

DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on your country. Shipping within Denmark is 1-4 days. Worldwide shipping is 3-10 days, depending on the receiving address. All items are shipped from Sjælland, Denmark. We ship with DAO (inside Scandinavien) and BRING (worldwide)

PAYMENT
We accept both visa, mastercard & mobilepay. Your payment will be withdrawn, when we ship your package

RETURNS
All items can be returned for an exchange or full refund within 14 days from the day received (the right of withdrawal) Send us an email with the subject "RETURN" and you will receive return information. Return shipping cost must be handled and payed by customer. You can ship with any courier you like. Your money will be returned to you, as soon as we have the package in hand. The refund transaction can take up to ten business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method.

To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us. 

CLAIMS
ATTSTONE offers the legal "two years right of complaint". If your jewelry breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date you purchased your products. This will, however, only apply if you are able to provide valid proof of the date of purchase. If you are able to provide such proof, you will receive a new piece or have it repaired by us free of charge. Please contact our customer service via email stating your order number, description and photo of the damage. If the damage is caused by your own fault, it is not on us, and you should bring your jewelry to your local goldsmith for repair. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
